  • Responsible for scrap handling in the Cutting Calandering Area;

  • Monitors, reports and prepare the budget for scrap;

  • Defines actions for short /mid/ long term regarding the scrap handling for the shifts. Deployment of the objectives to the team and aim for their accomplishment;

  • Defines procedures and assures that standards are applied;

  • Coaches and develops the team in terms of knowledge, abilities and behaviors required;

  • Develops the team in accordance with the strategic direction of the Cutting Calandering area;

  • Initiates, coordinates and takes part as team member in projects;

  • Initiates and coordinates SPS activities;

  • Ensure that cleaning plan and the layout is respected;

  • Provides timely and consistent feedback.

  • Three years experience in a similar role, in manufacturing;

  • Technical university;

  • Project management experience is a plus;

  • Minimum 1 year leadership experience;

  • Problem solving skills;

  • Knowledge of quality procedures and systems;

  • Knowing and understanding the tire manufacturing process represents a plus;

  • Good knowledge of English language;

  • Microsoft Office.
