We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IAM Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on the operation and optimization of the Open Text IAM platform, supporting identity-related integrations and license management across our enterprise systems. You will collaborate with international colleagues to ensure consistent and secure identity services across the organization.

Operate and maintain the Open Text IAM system as part of a global infrastructure team.

Manage and support IAM connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, EntraID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAP.

Support Microsoft 365 license management, including usage analysis, reporting, and optimization.

Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve IAM-related incidents.

Document operational procedures, system changes, and configuration standards.

Participate in global IAM projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.

Hands-on experience with Open Text IAM or similar identity platforms.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365,Azure AD,Active Directory, and SAP in the context of identity and license management.

Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance frameworks.

Experience working in a global or cross-functional IT environment is a plus.

Strong communication skills, especially in English, for collaboration across international teams.

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
