  • Defines and ensures all e Commerce activities for the segment in alignment with the segment's strategy to achieve targeted results.

  • Develops the specific e Commerce strategy, creates concepts, plans, and executes the resulting Digital Roadmap for Conti Tech Industrial Solutions EMEA/Distribution segment from planning to go-live.

  • Analyzes e Commerce and digitalization market trends and competition activities to provide guidance for own development activities

  • Defines webshop upgrades and improvements based on customer feedback, industry best practices

  • Execute customer trainings, Onboarding, engagement on the webshop internally & externally

  • Maintains the timeliness and accuracy of material data for the webshop

  • Participation and contribution to segment, Business Area or Corporate e-Commerce projects

  • Minimum bachelor degree, with professional experience in e-Commerce, IT, online marketing or commercial management

  • Minimum 3 years experienced in areas such as e Commerce or business

  • Project management experience in major projects, especially in international business environment

  • Intercultural sensitivity is a must - work in and with international teams several years

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both in spoken and written
