As an Accounting Intern supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR), you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position offers hands-on experience in core accounting processes, exposure to ERP systems, and collaboration with experienced professionals. You will contribute to maintaining smooth workflows, supporting month-end activities, and assisting the AP and AR teams in achieving operational excellence.
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities for AP.
- Provide assistance to the AP team in daily operations, including handling queries and preparing reports.
Accounts Receivable (AR):

Prepare and issue customer invoices, follow up on invoice transmission, and send invoices to customers.

Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.

Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.

Support month-end closing activities for AR.

Provide assistance to the AR team in managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.

Ongoing university studies in economics/finance;

IT skills MS Office, SAP FI is a plus;
