BE in Electronics / Instrumentation (6-7 Yrs Exp),

Plan & Execute all Preventive, Predictive, Corrective & Breakdowns Maintenance of Plant & Facilities Equipment. Adherence to 100% completion of maintenance as per plan. Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.

Responsible for standby equipment, maintenance store, Spare part management. Analysis, Raising purchase requests and inventory of equipment parts, chemicals and supplies.

Co-ordinating with support function from other entity or BU's by establishing good business relations.

Sustained compliance with the various standard requirements, documentation and actual works.

Active participation of quality measures for maintenance dept in regards with system deliverables like power, resource & utilities requirements. Improvement, cost saving ideas and implementation.

Having knowledge of erection & commissioning of various equipment and panels & changeover of normal transformer load to DG during breakdown and maintenance work, Handling DG sets operations. Maintaining Log book, Ensuring diesel record. Registers, record of services for future checks / audits.

Repair, maintenance, service, modification, troubleshooting, inspection and monitoring facility Equipment- chillers, cooling towers, fan, pump and associated safety and other equipment protection devices associated plumbing, EMS and controls systems.

Co-ordinate with the AMC vendors for any break down and preventive maintenance. Handling or knowledge on operation & maintenance of ETP, STP Plant, ESP & Fire hydrant system.

Able for handle shift breakdown, attendance monitoring, arranging-maintaining necessary tools and tackles. Coordinate supplies & services for external repairs activities, Monitor work by contractors to meet respective Requirements.

Ensure sharing of best practices across all plants and drive implementation when following best practices from other plants as applicable.

Investigate potentials and strategy for implementation of maintenance processes into smart factory landscape (CT MFG Suite) e.g. for predictive maintenance, utilizing BA and CT smart factory and data analytics resources

Drive BA continuous improvement initiatives(e.g. cost saving) by applying lean/CBS methods, collaborating closely with the plants in achieving budget targets
