At Continental, we are looking for a Retread Specialist to play a strategic and technical role, ensuring that our retread products and processes are applied with excellence and deliver the highest levels of performance and quality to our customers.

Your mission:

Be the technical link between Continental, our customers, and our retread partners — driving business growth through training, audits, technical visits, and continuous process improvement.

You will:

• Visit retread customers to ensure processes and products meet Continental’s standards.

• Deliver technical training to internal and external teams, sharing best practices and technical expertise.

• Conduct process audits and analyses, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Support the introduction and validation of new products, materials, and suppliers.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate technical advantages into customer value.

• Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Solid and proven experience in retreading processes; technical knowledge of compounds and materials is a plus.

• Hands-on, analytical, and collaborative profile, with strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging technical training sessions.

• Availability for travelling at least 60% of the time.
