At Continental, we are looking for a Retread Specialist to play a strategic and technical role, ensuring that our retread products and processes are applied with excellence and deliver the highest levels of performance and quality to our customers.
Your mission:
Be the technical link between Continental, our customers, and our retread partners — driving business growth through training, audits, technical visits, and continuous process improvement.
You will:

Visit retread customers to ensure processes and products meet Continental’s standards.

Deliver technical training to internal and external teams, sharing best practices and technical expertise.

Conduct process audits and analyses, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Support the introduction and validation of new products, materials, and suppliers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate technical advantages into customer value.

Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Fluent English (mandatory)
-
Solid and proven experience in retreading processes; technical knowledge of compounds and materials is a plus.

Hands-on, analytical, and collaborative profile, with strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging technical training sessions.
-
Availability for travelling at least 60% of the time.
