As a team member of the Group Sector Central Function Technology of Conti Tech, you are central Key User for Technology’s IT systems and their interfaces, focussing on the Requirements Engineering Tool (RE-Tool). Your role and support will play an important active role in the execution of Technology’s data management strategy. With this role you can set new standards in a completely new environment by driving the digital footprints for our material driven solutions and leaving your own. Your tasks will be:

  • Manage and maintain CT Technology's RE-Tool & data

  • Steer the RE-Tool related governance process to decided on requested changes and evaluate if those could bring value

  • Follow up on detailed collection of business requirements and technical realization

  • Manage the global application support & ticket handling

  • Interface management ensuring (data-) exchange between all relevant applications

  • manage the global key user community and any global application related communication

  • Manage the stakeholder network on RE-Tool topics within Conti Tech and provide support to further input like e.g. product development or sales

  • Be first point of contact within global Technology Organization for all RE-Tool related topics

  • Identify and frequently exchange with key stakeholders & (local) key users

  • Manage the relationship to our external vendor in regards to RE-Tool topics/content

  • Initiate / finalize projects according to the RE-Tool and CT Systems Landscape's roadmap

  • Advice and consult the CT organization with RE-Tool related input in any relevant project

  • Successful implementation, scope handling and roll out management

  • Contribute to implementation & maintenance of requirement engineering process(es) and tool together with QM and BA teams with focus on Technology processes and products

  • Create training content & provide trainings following the "train the trainner" concept

  • Drive proper Change Management along RE-Tool implementations/updates

  • Degree in business administration, IT, engineering, science or comparable qualification

  • Knowledge of IT applications, ideally web-based applications handling large data sets

  • Proven experience in key user activities and/or managing IT solution platforms

  • Demonstrated experience with requirements engineering tools and methodologies

  • Strong analytical skills in process management with the ability to translate business requirements into professional IT solutions

  • Team player with excellent social competence, constructive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels

  • Fluent English language skills in both written and spoken communication

  • Experience in change management and implementation of IT systems or process improvements

  • Proven capability in training delivery and knowledge transfer, ideally using train-the-trainer methodologies

  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability in scope handling and rollout execution

  • Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration across global teams
