Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systems
- Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and MCC systems
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems, load cells and temperature sensors, boiler electrical systems, and motors and drives
- Support electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery
- Maintain plant lighting, power distribution, and alarm systems
- Fabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as required
- Collaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failures
- Support plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- 3–5+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and control systems
- Experience working with PLC-based equipment
- Ability to work rotating/off shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field

Experience in continuous-process or heavy manufacturing

Familiarity with industrial automation systems

Starting wage: $37.04/hr with opportunity for an additional $3/hr increase based on certification

$1/hr Shift differential

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)
