• Support the implementation, digitalization, stabilization, and continuous improvement of central Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications at the San Luis Potosí plant.

• The role ensures reliable MES operations, secure IT environments, and optimal use of standard MES solutions across tire manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Automation, computer science or any similar field.

• Experience with IT system installations and shopfloor systems, advanced knowledge in database technologies (SQL, MS SQL).

• Design & programming skills (C#) and knowledge in OPC / PLC technology is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL).

• English Level Intermediate.

• Analytical and problem-solving thinking skill.

• Independent and solution-oriented mindset, strong customer service orientation, communication skills.

• Teamwork and intercultural competence, high level of commitment, resilience and flexibility.
