10+ years of experience as EHS Manager at manufacturing sites. 5 years of experience in PSM implementation processes. 5 years of experience in Sustainability programs implementation

Resumen

Responsible of environmental, health and safety program through the implementation, development, deployment and oversight of the EHS policy and values, that will enable Nava Operations to achieve its goal of developing an Interdependent Environment, Health and Safety Culture. Ensures the EHS program is inclusive of the EHS Beer Division philosophy and meets all federal, state and local safety and health compliance laws and practices. Ensures programs are consistent with good, sound loss control practices and will increase profitability through reduction of loss exposures, increased employee awareness, positive employee attitudes and compliance with legal obligations.

Responsabilidades

Be the image, role model and example of Beer Operations EHS Culture showing high standards and a proactive approach at Nava Brewery.

· Remains current on EHS trends, practices and legal issues. · Implementation of human performance and behavioral initiatives towards development and deployment of an interdependent EHS culture for Nava Brewery

· Establish all necessary process safety initiatives aim to obtain EHS Operational Discipline and Operational Excellence at the Nava brewery.

· Develop sustainability initiatives regarding waste management, recycling, energy and water reduction, life cycle assessment and environmental education for Nava Brewery.

· Assigns or conducts planned safety audits, walks, observations and Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) programs, reviewing results using statistical evaluation, audit reports and feedback.

· Develop proactive and preventive actions coming from trend analysis and information related to human performance, process safety and sustainability initiatives.

· Interfaces with estimating/budgeting team by assisting in cost evaluation and program design during budgeting process at Nava Brewery.

· Develops, maintains and coordinates the implementation of the Beer Division EHS program for Nava Brewery, reporting performance through leading and lagging key performance indicators.
