Data Analysis

We’re not just building better tech. We’re rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.

It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together.

One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Confluent is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate demand, pipeline, and revenue in the Digital Native Segment.

In this role, you operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product—translating Confluent’s Data Streaming Platform into clear differentiated value and activating it across the GTM organization.

The best candidate understands how selling to Notion, King, or Instacart is fundamentally different from BMW, Michelin, or Citi. They’re credible to executives and practitioners, persuasive with sellers, and have built repeatable GTM motions that convert demand into revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Architect narratives: Define the segment, identify use cases, prioritize verticals, and craft messaging for sophisticated buyers and skeptical builders.

  • Discover winning plays: Deconstruct deals to build a proven foundation for repeatable success.

  • Drive the playbook: Activate narratives with collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, discussion guides, webinars, and more.

  • Accelerate execution: Pressure-test plays with sales and marketing, and turn early wins into global motions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Digital Native fluency: 6+ years working, marketing, or selling in the space––ideally focused on data and analytics.

  • Business and technical depth: You effectively communicate business and technical impact across buying committees.

  • Field empathy: You motivate sellers with competing priorities to activate your narratives, and partner across global marketing teams to deliver them.

  • Data-driven mindset: You launch quickly and rapidly iterate, understanding the nuances of qualitative and quantitative data.

WHAT GIVES YOU AN EDGE:

  • 0-1 growth: You’ve rapidly developed and scaled high impact programs from initial concept to execution.

  • Field experience: You’ve worked as a seller, sales engineer, or field marketer before moving into product marketing.

READY TO BUILD WHAT'S NEXT? LET’S GET IN MOTION.

COME AS YOU ARE:

Belonging isn’t a perk here. It’s the baseline. We work across time zones and backgrounds, knowing the best ideas come from different perspectives. And we make space for everyone to lead, grow, and challenge what’s possible.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Employment decisions are based on job-related criteria, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by law.
