The Role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a curious and open-minded professional with experience or passion for the digital and print media sector to support the Creative Commercial team as a Junior Creative Producer. The person will assist the team in developing creative commercial proposals (with a particular focus on the production of video and photo content) for all brands in the Condé Nast Italia portfolio and then managing the entire production cycle, working closely with the creative & production teams from budgeting to delivery of materials.
Please note that this role will collaborate with Condé Nast Italy as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).Primary Activities

Support the full content production lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery, across photo and video projects

Work closely with CNCC internal stakeholders and external partners, including creative teams, production agencies, photographers, stylists and talents, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment on timelines and deliverables

Assist in overseeing content production, contributing to the organisation and execution of shoots and video productions, with attention to quality, brand consistency and production standards

Support cost monitoring activities and updating production budgets
Primary Skills & Qualifications
-
2 years of experience working on set as a Creative Producer, with direct exposure to photo and video productions for creative campaigns

Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Good knowledge of Condé Nast brands and their tone of voice

Strong interest and passion for photo and video production environments

Excellent command of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides and Sheets)

Creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail
