Condé Nast is seeking a Manager, Performance Media, Consumer, who is highly analytical and has experience managing paid media across channels and platforms profitably. The Manager will oversee paid marketing initiatives across various Condé Nast brands to drive profitable, new subscriptions.
The position is responsible for owning the day-to-day management and execution of paid media efforts through strong platform knowledge, media planning, A/B testing, and budget optimization skills.
Primary Responsibilities

Execute and optimize Direct Response and Content Marketing acquisition campaigns across multiple Condé Nast brands.

Manage day-to-day performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.

Develop and run A/B tests across creative, messaging, offers, audiences, and landing pages.

Own channel-level budgets, forecasts, and pacing to hit efficiency and volume targets.

Analyze performance data and communicate results, insights, and optimization actions.

Partner with analytics, creative, and product teams to improve conversion and ROI.

Track platform updates, competitive activity, and industry trends to inform optimizations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital and mobile Direct Response marketing.

Hands-on experience driving results across Meta, Google, Bing, LinkedIn TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Rokt or similar platforms.

Exhibits high attention to detail and effective communication skills when synthesizing data, documenting decisions, and sharing insights with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong understanding of optimization levers, bidding strategies, and performance testing.

Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for digital marketing and performance-driven growth.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,000 - $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
