The Manager is a key member of the team responsible for leading the execution and ongoing optimization of our owned and operated site marketing strategy for some of Condé Nast’s biggest brands across the site and app channels.
Highly engaged consumers have been and will continue to be the cornerstone of our successful media brands. This role plays a critical part in scaling and monetizing our digital audience through a data-driven, test-and-learn approach, while serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.
The Position:

The Manager will:
-
Own and lead end-to-end site full-funnel marketing campaign execution for subscription acquisition, from strategy and setup through QA, launch, and optimization.
-
Drive campaign measurement, performance analysis, reporting, and budget pacing, using KPIs tied to acquisition, conversion rate, engagement, and revenue.
-
Actively identify and test opportunities to grow and monetize identified and paid digital audiences through segmentation, pricing tests, paywall experimentation, and order page/post-purchase optimizations.
-
Synthesize performance insights and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
-
Own budget management and forecasting for site marketing initiatives, including expense tracking, pacing, and goal-setting in partnership with senior leadership.
-
Support app growth initiatives by partnering with Product, Audience, and Brand teams to drive app acquisition, engagement, and subscription conversion through on-site and in-app experiences.
-
Partner closely with the Creative team on creative strategy and project management, including briefing, feedback, prioritization, and delivery of digital campaign assets.
-
Collaborate with Marketing, Editorial Brand Leads, and Audience teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand voice across site experiences and supporting channels (email, paid, app, newsletters, organic social).
-
Create a brand-relevant marketing calendar, translating that calendar into actionable and detailed cross-team briefs as required.
-
Manage day-to-day relationships with Marketing Operations agencies and Product partners to ensure successful campaign setup, deployment, and QA across platforms.
-
Contribute to the development and execution of broader marketing and go-to-market testing strategies, including support of major brand tentpole moments.
-
Monitor competitive trends and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and recommend new site marketing approaches.
-
Support ad-hoc analytical, written, and strategic requests as needed.
Skills required:
-
3–5 years of relevant digital marketing, growth marketing, or subscription marketing experience, preferably in publishing, media, ecommerce, or consumer-facing organizations.
-
Strong understanding of direct response marketing tactics that drive engagement and consumer conversion.
-

-

-
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
-
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
-
Clear, confident communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
-
Comfortable navigating multiple internal workflows, processes, and content management systems.
-
Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
-
Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office products.
