The Role

This role will predominantly provide comprehensive support to the Chief Business Officer UK, whilst also providing support to our Executive Leadership and senior members of our Revenue leadership team.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing the day-to-day operations of the Chief Business Officer UK and other senior leadership. In addition, taking primary responsibility for supporting members of the global Executive Leadership Team when in our London office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the executives operate at peak efficiency and will require proven ability to provide high-level support, discretion, initiative and a problem-solving mindset.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively manage and maintain the executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, diary appointments, travel arrangements and expense report submissions.

  • Working proactively with the Chief Business Officer UK in the preparation of Exec-level meetings, financial reports, and presentations - both for regular, ongoing needs, confidential projects and long-range planning.

  • Working with the Chief Business Officer UK in organising UK Leadership Meetings - including preparing agendas, managing action points, providing updates, etc.

  • Create a strong network of Sales Support team members (Assistants and PAs) for the UK Revenue Function, to ensure the team provides the highest level of support across the function.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of key internal and external meetings, workshops and events, including support with speaker management and agenda development, responsibility for logistics and delivery.

  • Liaising with a wide range of business and personal contacts, including clients, senior executives within the organisation and externally, restaurants and hotels.

  • Taking primary responsibility for regular Executive Leadership Team visits to the UK. Partnering with them & their EAs to create & manage complex itineraries and providing full EA support during their visits.

  • Perform any other EA-related duties or projects as requested.

About you

  • Proven extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across different departments internationally.

  • Passion for organising high-profile and large-scale events.
