The Engineering Intern will assist our Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement team in daily operations. Participants will partner with leadership in our manufacturing environment to support projects and drive performance in areas such as process improvement, equipment reliability, maintenance support, data analysis, and technical problem-solving. Our goal is to develop talent that may grow into a full-time role at the Conagra Brands Russellville plant following graduation.

What Can You Expect from Your Internship?
You will be immersed into Conagra Brands and our Engineering/CI organization for 13 weeks.
As an Engineering Intern, you will assist our Engineering and Maintenance teams with daily operations and project activities. You will partner with leaders in our manufacturing plant to help drive business results in areas such as:
- Process optimization and line efficiency
- Equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvements
- Preventive maintenance support
- Data collection, analysis, and documentation
- Capital project support and implementation
You will be given high‑impact, meaningful assignments that add real value to the business. This program is designed to offer an enriching experience within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
