Reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing Conagra’s existing business in existing markets across more than 50 brands in 60+ countries. You will identify growth opportunities, design and execute commercial strategies, and lead cross‑functional teams to accelerate performance in established Global Market geographies. You will oversee full P&L management, drive organizational alignment, strengthen global partnerships, and execute multiyear growth plans that support sustainable long‑term value creation.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets.
  • Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables.
  • Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
  • Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
  • Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth.
  • Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP**$,** and GM% to senior leadership.
  • Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets.
  • Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards.
  • Travel 25%.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing global markets.
  • Skill in designing and executing commercial strategies across diverse geographies.
  • Advanced negotiation, risk management, and executive decision‑making skills.
  • Strong organizational capability, critical thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience with strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L management.
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, market analysis, and product development processes.
  • Growth mindset, ambition, and cultural intelligence.
  • Capacity to influence, drive alignment, and deliver operational excellence.
  • Commercial orientation with experience working with distributors and global sales partners.
  • High personal accountability and follow‑through; leads by example.
  • Team‑oriented culture builder with focus on accountability.
  • Familiarity with and advocacy for the IBP (S&OP) process.
  • Focus on HHP+ growth and profitable net sales.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$153,000-$236,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
