Machine Operator – Louisville, KY

• Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will help keep our production lines running smoothly by operating equipment safely, supporting quality standards, and being an engaged member of our team.
• You will work second shift 2pm-10pm
• Location: Onsite at our Louisville, KY plant
• Hourly Rate: $22.45 +0.75
• Overtime as scheduled (daily and weekend)

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• You will operate all the different machines and equipment while keeping safety at the forefront.
• You will complete quality checks and documentation, following standard work to ensure products meet expectations.
• You will monitor code dates, packaging materials, product standards, and metal detector checks to maintain consistent quality.
• You will partner with Quality, Production Supervisors, and Coordinators to support daily production needs.
• You will read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, required PPE standards, and company policies.
• You will stay alert to food safety risks and escalate concerns to your lead or supervisor.
• You will take part in cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Comfort working with machinery and performing repetitive tasks.
• A positive, dependable, and collaborative approach to daily work.
• 1 year of machine operator experience
