Hourly Rate: $30.23 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Starting pay:$30.23/hour — increases to $31.16 after 90 days Join our team as a Production Maintenance Technician, where you’ll help keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to support uptime, food safety, and overall operational performance.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production and plant equipment
• Replace parts, adjust components, and perform rebuilds as needed
• Use manuals and technical documents to guide maintenance work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Assist with electrical, pneumatic, and basic electronics tasks (training provided)
• Complete maintenance records, safety checks, and quality documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects
• Follow all food safety, quality, and company safety procedures at all times.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years' experience performing mechanical maintenance in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Understanding of technical documentation such as manuals, diagrams, and instructions
• Capability to work at heights and lift/move up to 50 lbs
