As the Agile Coach, reporting to the Manager Information Technology, you will serve as a servant-leader, change agent, and mentor who drives the adoption of lean principles and practices across the organization. You will help delivery teams and leadership improve collaboration, deliver value more predictably, and enable the enterprise to respond rapidly to market changes. You will support scaling via SAFe, provide governance within the Agile Center of Excellence, and foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Your Impact

  • Coach and mentor leaders (executives, managers, business partners) in lean mindsets and servant leadership.

  • Coach all levels of the organization to improve lean practices and team performance.

  • Foster self-organization, ownership, and accountability across teams.

  • Develop internal coaching capability and facilitate Communities of Practice (Co Ps).

  • Guide delivery teams through key ceremonies with a focus on delivering value to the business.

  • Support implementation of flow-based delivery, built-in quality, automation, and CI/CD practices.

  • Identify and help remove organizational and cultural impediments to value delivery.

  • Assess delivery team maturity and drive improvement actions.

  • Leverage data to develop and report key metrics to inform decisions and improvements.

  • Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate and deliver training content throughout the organization.

  • Partner with change management to align structures, incentives, and culture with an agile way of working.

  • Develop and deliver process automations and tools to support continuous delivery adoption.

  • Support defining and communicating the Lean-Agile transformation vision, roadmap, and strategy.

  • Help lead and sustain the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE).

  • Drive organizational alignment on SAFe principles, values, and practices.

  • Monitor transformation progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience applying lean methodologies; CPG industry experience a plus.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.

  • SAFe certification (SAFe Practice Consultant or equivalent) preferred.

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence all organizational levels and communicate complex ideas clearly.

  • Proven success fostering servant leadership, team empowerment, and continuous improvement across delivery teams and business partners.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and programs within a matrix organization, balancing multiple priorities and dependencies.

  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with experience automating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-based analytics.

  • Passion for learning, experimentation, and driving cultural and organizational transformation.

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles and modern delivery practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile principles, flow-based delivery, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe.

  • Experience facilitating or participating in key SAFe ceremonies preferred.

  • Proficient in Agile management tools, including Jira and Confluence.

  • Travel up to 10% annually.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
