Reporting to the Operations Manager at our Louisville, KY facility, you will lead 2nd‑shift production team members, drive process improvement, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure that people, materials, and equipment are in place to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are met.

• Communicate performance expectations and provide coaching to support improvement.

• Provide training to ensure team members perform job responsibilities effectively.

• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in production processes.

• Ensure materials, staffing, and equipment readiness to maintain production schedules.

• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Promote and uphold plant and company safety programs, maintaining high levels of safety awareness and adherence.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Bachelor’s degree; or HS Diploma/GED plus 2+ years experience in a food manufacturing operations environment.

• Supervisory or team‑leading experience.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.

• Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules.

Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Compensation

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
