Shift: 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.97 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Job Description

Conagra is looking forward to welcome new team members to fill out multiple roles in the production team. You are a team-oriented person who takes pride and in your work and is willing to accept responsibility for performing the packaging operation on your shift. You show the ability to produce quality product at levels to allow the plant to exceed its goals.

You Will:

• Communication - Both with team members and supervisors by written and verbal
• Teamwork- Help build a positive team spirit; put success of team above own interests; support everyone's efforts to succeed; create ideas and suggestions that improve the team’s performance, the efficiency of the process or the quality of the products.
• Ethics - Treat people from own and other cultures with respect; uphold organizational values.

You Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• You are proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Ability work any shift.
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime.
• Requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. These include: Constant Standing, walking, and lifting.
• Frequent Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Pushing and Pulling.
• Occasional Ladder climbing.
• Periodic lifting of up to 50lbs.
