Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) storeroom and support the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. You will help maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements; food safety quality and regulatory affairs (FSQRA); good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards; and preventive maintenance programs while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians.

  • Support safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practice programs.

  • Oversee Maintenance, Repair and Operations storeroom standards and contractor services.

  • Review, document, and close work orders in SAP.

  • Maintain budget awareness and ensure compliance with operational permits.

  • Steer daily maintenance activities and support preventive and predictive maintenance work.

  • Contribute to 5S organization, department metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and maintenance procedure improvements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or related technical fields, and experience leading such teams.

  • SAP experience.

  • Skill in interpreting technical documents, presenting information, and completing mathematical calculations.

  • Skill in problem‑solving and working with varied technical information.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and electrical or electronic principles.

  • Experience writing evaluations and procedures.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
