Shift: 5:15 AM-2:15 PM

Hourly Rate: $20.60 an hour

You will work onsite at Conagra's Imlay City, Michigan facility, Home of the Vlasic brand. You will report to Team Lead and Production Lead. Current job opening is for 1st shift start time is generally 5:15 a.m. full time and overtime as scheduled. You will receive the Production Driver hourly rate of $20.60/hour and shift premium.

What will you do:

You will supply materials to the line, glass, labels, caps, film, corrugated blanks, and glue. You will perform the safe operation of the Hi-Lo. You will complete inventory updates using onsite inventory tracking system (SAP).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain certification for Hi-Lo license.

• Restock labels, film, glass lines, caps, corrugated blanks, and glue.

• Supply and fill cap hoppers.

• Use bale compactors.

• Maintain storage areas.

• Assist the Shipper/Receiver.

• Perform safety inspections observing forklift checkout sheet.

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed when unloading trailers.

• Ensure surrounding areas are kept neat and sanitary.

• Train employees.

• Collaborate with co-workers, Team Leads, Production Leads, and Quality Department

• Complete all documentation following standards.

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.

Experience:

• Minimum six (6) months forklift experience.
