Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Henning, IL facility, local producers of Pam Spray, you will build and execute category strategy for assigned supplies, materials or services following approved buying programs using the established procurement policy at a competitive price ensuring the needs of internal customers are met.

How Will You Affect Our Business?

• Manage categories to help reduce potential supply and quality issues
• Monitor Purchase Requests from all departments daily and Create Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Monitor all Purchase Orders and open Invoices daily and report out monthly.
• Monitor Storeroom Cycle counts with Storeroom clerk daily.
• Provide support for sourcing materials or services, savings projects, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure supply at competitive market prices
• Provide POV (point of view) update monthly to communicate changes in pricing, market data, and CCRs
• Monitor vendor quality and service performance with internal customers.
• Champion corrective actions and quality improvement programs with facilities, quality assurance, R&I and suppliers.
• Lead and implement process improvements, CCR projects, working capital, and inventory projects.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• 3+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Commodity Trade or Finance roles in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP system.
• Experience with Tungsten and SLP Ariba systems a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel – v lookups, formula relationships and pivot tables).
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in influence management, project management, creative problem solving and cross-functional team building skills
• MRP experience
• Occasional travel required for training

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
