Serve as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of market performance, client needs, Compass tools, and regional dynamics.
-
Build strong, empathetic relationships with agents and stakeholders through clear communication, proactive updates, and confident handling of objections.
-
Ensure all marketing and design materials follow Compass brand guidelines while seamlessly integrating agent-specific branding.
-
Quickly assemble templated creative assets—such as print ads and brochures—using In Design and Compass systems, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
-
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing meaningful support, personalized recognition, and proactive marketing guidance that “surprises and delights” clients.

-
Possess a deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels.
-
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently, taking ownership over your own accounts while working collaboratively in a team environment to drive best practices.
-
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
-
