Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior-Level Project Manager with experience in Quality Assurance testing. This role supports software development lifecycle projects, with a particular emphasis on test planning, creating test cases, execution, and defect tracking. You will work closely with users, QA testing teams, and developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth project implementation.

  • Develop and execute test plans and create detailed test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Document testing procedures, results, and post-production issues.
  • Track and report defects, coordinate resolution efforts, and validate fixes.
  • Help monitor testing metrics and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
  • Support the creation of SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
  • Assist in managing projects from initiation through closeout, focusing on QA and testing milestones.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide QA-related updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing.
  • Experience or interest in creating and executing test cases.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, ALM Octane).
  • Foundational understanding of project management and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bachelor's Degree
