Job Summary:
The Free Wheel Product and Partnerships Solutions Group is looking for a creative, passionate, and intrinsically motivated Product Solutions Engineer to help bring our product offerings into fullest form – establishing and exemplifying best practices in product activation; acting as the key technical expert in the execution of Free Wheel’s, and our clients’, most strategically important implementations; and, illuminating client usage in support of improving Free Wheel’s offerings.
With a broad team purview, you will communicate with customers and partners frequently in finding robust solutions to complex problems. You are to draw upon their expertise and creativity to ensure the success of Free Wheel’s most demanding client initiatives, addressing novel requirements and uses cases in collaboration with the Services organization, Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue, and Engineering teams throughout the product development and Serviceability Lifecycle processes.
Job Description Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across one or more product areas within the Free Wheel platform suite

Assist with use case and requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, cross-functional testing, and go-to-market activities to ensure products meet success criteria and are ready for scale deployment

Help prepare and operationalize scalable Services support functionality and enablement across geo regions
-
Act as liaison between Account teams, Product Management, and Engineering, providing guidance on product usage, gaps, and needs
-
Consult on technical feasibility, pilot opportunities, and implementation requirements that align with clients’ technology architecture
-
Design and execute technical solutions for client projects with a high degree of autonomy, addressing their most demanding business requirements

Provide training to internal teams, clients, and partners on product areas
-
Deliver timely technical support and problem resolution for escalated Services team questions
Skills:
-
Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability explain product functionality, technical design and limitations at the client’s executive level as well as to developers or other client experts
-
Demonstrated track record of exemplary software implementation and systems integration skills
-
Ability to evaluate customer requirements and lead in the determination of internal priorities
-
Ability to analyze large data sets to inform business decisions
-
Experience in the online advertising/internet marketing or video/television advertising technology in a client-facing capacity, working directly in advertising technology dealing with media monetization
-
Experience working directly with 3rd party technology vendors in designing, deploying, and servicing solutions at scale
-
Excited to help large companies manage their successful use of enterprise-focused technology
-
Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with open collaboration, strong leadership and careful attention to customer requirements
-
Demonstrated understanding of the value of the Free Wheel product suite and the ability to work in conjunction with the Project Management, Support Engineering and Account Management groups to devise strategies for Enterprise level solutions
Qualifications:
-
More than 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent degree in computer science desired would be beneficial
-
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and HTTP methods for customer implementation guidance
-
Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or equivalent BI software
-
Experience with data analysis and processing: SQL, cURL, etc
-
Working knowledge or experience with IAB standards including VAST, openRTB, and Privacy Frameworks is a big plus
-
Working knowledge or experience with web technologies such as: HTTP, HTML5, XML, etc is a big plus
-
Working knowledge or experience with Object Oriented Programming: JS, Python, etc is a big plus

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
