Job Summary

The Senior Director, Real Estate is responsible for collaborating with the Enterprise Real Estate team (“ERE”) to provide support across all Comcast Connectivity and Platforms business units. Collectively, these operations span more than 2,800 properties situated in forty-two states and fifteen countries worldwide. The portfolio encompasses a broad range of commercial property types, including office spaces, call centers, industrial/flex facilities, retail locations, and data centers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leads team of transaction managers.
  • Visits and evaluates prospective sites to determine which locations meet the criteria and needs of the company.
  • Works with the company's legal counsel, brokers, and the property owner to complete prospective leases.
  • Leading site review and acquisition, lease extension, strategic short term and long-term planning, due diligence, letter of intent negotiations, legal documentation and project coordination, tracking and reporting on applicable project management systems.
  • Takes ownership and lead responsibility for development of comprehensive strategic real estate plans. Develops a strategy, obtains leadership support and executes the strategy.
  • Stays up to date on market dynamics including supply and demand, capital markets, and industry trends.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial real estate experience including 5+ years in a management or leadership position.
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis and concepts such as comparative cost analysis, time value of money, and valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision, consistently delivering accurate results within established deadlines.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with limited supervision.
  • Must be available to work on-site at least four days per week, travel as required, and perform duties outside regular business hours when necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real estate industry certifications such as CCIM, MCR, REFAI
  • MBA, MSRE, or relevant graduate certificate

Compensation

This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $143,223.93 - $236,319.49

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
