Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or similar.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize development workflows and improve release velocity.
• Drive process improvements and automation across engineering operations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics to ensure system health and performance.
• Support onboarding, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Python, or Go.
• Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices, including deployment automation and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in engineering operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, or Go.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
