Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of • Narrative Strategy & Engagement Lead supporting GTO and the IT Strategy team. This role is designed to elevate internal and executive communications, driving alignment, engagement, and strategic clarity across the organization. It oversees executive narrative strategy and development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior staff to stay aligned with critical objectives. Ultimately, you will contribute to the objectives of GTO by leveraging compelling, structured, audience-first storytelling across channels and formats to inspire engagement and influence behavioral change.
Job Description Core Responsibilities

Understand Global Technology and Information Technology mission, north stars, and goals, and how initiatives align with them.

Work with GTO and IT executives on strategic alignment and messaging with initiatives.

Create and deliver high-quality, on-message materials (slides, decks, white papers, etc.) for executive and external presentations/publications.

Facilitate the development of broad, long-term objectives that guide an organization's efforts and resources to achieve its mission and vision.
-
Work with GTO and IT executives on effective “story telling” to more effectively influence decision making that supports its mission and vision.
-
Research industry strategic approaches and educate/influence leaders on potential benefits.
-
Consult with leaders on effectiveness of metrics and messaging of strategic goals.

Coach to optimize impact of executive presentations.
-
Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, strategic communications, or executive messaging within a technology or enterprise environment.

Proven track record of working with executive leadership on strategic alignment and messaging.

Experience in developing and delivering executive-level content (e.g., presentations, white papers, strategic decks).
Skills & Capabilities:
-
Strong storytelling and narrative development skills tailored to executive audiences.

Ability to translate complex technical and strategic concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

Expertise in audience-first communication across multiple formats and channels.

Skilled in facilitating strategic planning and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.

Strong consulting and coaching skills to support executive presentation effectiveness.
Collaboration & Influence:

Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with senior staff and technical teams.

Ability to influence decision-making through structured messaging and strategic storytelling.

Experience in researching industry trends and advising leadership on strategic opportunities.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Communications, Business, Technology, or related field.

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
