Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager of AI Recruitment & Strategic Sourcing to lead a high‑performing technical recruiting and sourcing team focused on AI, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, software/network engineering and architecture. This leader will build scalable, proactive pipelines; partner closely with Technology and HR leadership to forecast capability needs; and ensure hiring processes effectively evaluate skills that drive innovation and digital transformation.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
AI & Technology Talent Strategy
- Set the strategic direction for attracting and qualifying AI/technology talent.
- Build and scale proactive pipelines for AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, and engineering roles.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence to inform strategies.
Job Design, Skills Frameworks & Assessment
- Integrate AI skills frameworks into job descriptions.
- Implement structured screening questions and skills‑based evaluation.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop technical recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Set goals, SLAs, KPIs, and provide training.
Full‑Funnel TA Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Monitor and improve efficiency, ROI, and candidate experience.
- Ensure legal/compliance alignment.
Analytics, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Use data and funnel analytics to shape strategy.
- Build dashboards and improve conversion.
Stakeholder Partnership & External Relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders.
- Manage relationships with universities, vendors, and external partners.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years leading technical recruiters.
- Demonstrated success recruiting AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, and engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing techniques and market insights.
- Familiarity with AI skills taxonomies and technical screening.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability.
- Leadership skills in coaching, developing, and influencing.

Bachelor's Degree
