Job Summary
This role supports the coordination of various amenities spaces and vendors throughout the Comcast Corporate Headquarters in downtown Philadelphia. Amenities spaces include food service and wellness areas (cafes, fitness center, quiet rooms, lactation rooms, etc.). The position participates in planning wellness and food service programming, communications, and marketing efforts, as well as overall operations. It also supports the execution of both wellness and food service programs, including onsite and virtual events, and assists with audits of the Comcast Campus Philadelphia wellness amenities spaces.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly internal department communications.
- Assist with content development for the employee newsletter, internal social media platforms, and Comcast Now articles.
- Update the Wellness at Comcast and Comcast Eats websites and ensure adherence to department branding.
- Support the strategic development and tactical delivery of signature wellness and food service programs to foster a campus culture that emphasizes holistic well-being.
- Oversee food service voucher program communications, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Create and edit presentation materials for programming and quarterly updates.
- Identify, research, and assess new wellness/food service trends, opportunities, and speakers.
- Execute onsite and virtual programs for both headquarters and enterprise employees.
- Coordinate team wellness and food service presentations and experiences for internal departments and Employee Resource Groups.
- Assist with oversight of campus wellness amenity spaces and vendors, including room access, facilities management, space reservations, and communications.
- Support relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Track all expenditures, verify receipts and payments, reconcile invoices, and perform other tasks necessary to monitor and report on budgetary developments.
- Collect and report monthly data from amenities partners.
- Build and evaluate survey data for Wellness/Culinary programming, communications, and overall department performance.
- Graphic design and marketing/communications experience preferred.
- Reports to Sr. Director, Campus Amenities.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
