Job Title: Associate Engineer (Hybrid) – P1

What You Will Do:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC machining operations.
- Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting.
- Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs).
- Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements.
- Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models.
- Select cutting tools using machining parameters based on materials and aerospace manufacturing standards.
- Support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding design activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards.
- Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and manufacturing tracking.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production or aerospace engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM programming.
- Practical knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machining operations.
- Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam or NX.
- Understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with shop-floor tooling, setups, and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working with aerospace or high-precision engineering components.
- Exposure to AS9100 quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with VMC/HMC machines and controllers.
- Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and tool-holding systems.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement techniques.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of engineering materials and their applications.
- Experience using Teamcenter PLM systems.
