This is a 1-year contract (maternity cover) opportunity supporting core finance operations.

What You Will Do

· Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, including review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis.

· Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and company policies.

· Monitor operating expenses, manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning, and review CAPEX requests with ROI tracking.

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; analyze actuals versus budget and provide actionable insights.

· Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.

· Act as a finance business partner to functional and operational teams, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.

· Coordinate with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax matters and lead internal and external audits, including resolution of audit findings.

· Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications You Must Have

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, operating at Manager level.

· Hands-on experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.

· Strong working knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP, audit processes, and compliance requirements.

· Proven ability to work independently and step into a role with minimal handover.

Qualifications We Prefer

· Experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Exposure to cost management, cash flow, and CAPEX evaluation.

· Prior experience in a structured, compliance-driven or multinational environment.

· Aerospace or adjacent industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
