The successful candidate will enable the success of Collins Aerospace through management of SAP printing and archiving systems. This position will be required to support our SAP printing, archiving and Batch job scheduling. The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and capabilities.
This Hybrid position in Puerto Rico, must live in Puerto Rico.
What YOU will do:

You will leverage Raytheon and Collins Aerospace's influential relationship with SAP and other software providers.
-
Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for SAP output and scheduling services. Providing technical direction and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
-
The SAP Output & Batch job scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP output management and enterprise job scheduling services.
-
You will work with SAP Archiving, Printing and Scheduling related transactions. Content/Document management solutions, Output management solutions and Enterprise Scheduling solutions.

You will manage technical teams through software installation and upgrade process.
-
You will guide the team to work with others to resolve conflicts, technical and other, to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
-
You will have a strong understanding of output flow from SAP and to the printer, Windows OS, Basic understanding of firewall and network connectivity.
-
You will collaborate with SAP Basis, infrastructure, internal cyber, SAP security and functional teams.
-
Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
-
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
-
Experience with SAP technical areas with strong focus on output management and job scheduling.
-
SAP System administration for Printing (SPAD, SP01 and related transactions)
-
Experience with Windows and Linux System Administration, High availability and Disaster recovery concepts and practice
-
Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP, middleware, and infrastructure layers for printing, batch and archiving.

Work with Service Now, maintain Documentation and Architecture diagrams
-
Experiences with external compliance audits.
