Raytheon Australia works closely with the Australian Defence Force as its trusted capability partner to deliver some of the most complex and ground-breaking engineering and technology projects in the country.
Right now, we are supporting Australian Army with the sustainment of the National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) delivered under LAND19 Phase 7B for Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD).
To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated individual who is ready to work with a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team based at locations in Mawson Lakes with some travel to Edinburgh. You will liaise with engineering, supply chain, production and maintenance teams to ensure continued delivery of capability for Army.
As an Inventory Controller you will:

Raise purchase requests across multiple projects• Create inventory actions to enable material receipts and kitting to production orders.

Ensure that quality records are captured providing evidence of serviceability certification.

Engage the warehouse team to resolve receipt anomalies and requisition priorities.

Co-ordinate the receipt of completed assembly orders with appropriate cross referencing.

Skills, experience and qualifications• Practical understanding of warehousing, inventory, freight, distribution and procurement procedures and systems.

Practical understanding and ability to use software based inventory management systems.

Computer literacy including the use of inventory management systems, e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365, Maximo or Defence ERP, Windows OS and the Microsoft Office suite.

Certificate IV (or higher) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution, or equivalent experience.

Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
