We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in fuelling our growth by managing full-cycle recruitment and helping us build a world-class workforce. From sourcing to selection, you’ll connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across our manufacturing operations while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This position will work primarily onsite.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive performance through recruitment analytics, monitoring KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, strengthening employer branding, and driving talent acquisition innovation
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
  • Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers
  • Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects, providing recruitment expertise to advance overall workforce and talent strategies

Qualification You Must Have:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments
  • Solid analytical capability with experience leveraging recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements and inform hiring strategies
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance, influencing hiring decisions, and challenging assumptions when necessary to ensure strong talent outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • CHRP designation or actively pursuing certification

The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
