What You Will Do

• Test Technicians work in a production environment using testing techniques to evaluate circuit boards, electromechanical modules, and RF Payloads and systems.

• You will need excellent communications skills, work well in active multitasking team environments with competing goals from multiple programs and organizations. The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.

• Our Technicians are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, smock, and gloves.

• All work will be done on 1st shift

• This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) position. Overtime is frequently required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

• Minimum 1 year experience with electrical schematics.

• Minimum 1 year experience with RF Testing.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Familiarity with Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) and FOD reduction/prevention methods.

• Prior Testing experience in RF testing environment

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 47,700 USD - 90,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
