What You Will Do
-
Lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, providing strategic direction to supervisors and production teams while driving operational excellence through Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Value Stream Management).

Own production performance and ensure achievement of safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost targets across shifts and processes.
-
Establish and manage production plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives, ensuring schedules are met while optimizing capacity, labor utilization, and resource allocation.

Analyze operational performance data, including defect trends and process variability, and lead cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to improve yield and reduce waste.

Champion a proactive safety culture by ensuring full compliance with EH&S regulations and company standards, driving risk mitigation strategies, and fostering accountability at all organizational levels.

Develop and execute talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management for supervisors and production staff.

Monitor and report key operational KPIs (delivery performance, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, cost metrics), translating data insights into actionable improvement plans.

Lead daily management systems, tiered accountability meetings, and structured problem-solving activities to ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution.

Proactively identify operational risks and remove barriers to performance, escalating strategically while driving sustainable solutions.

Sponsor and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase operational agility.

Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and quality ownership across all levels of the manufacturing organization.

Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, including proactive hazard identification, risk assessments, corrective action follow-through, and fostering a zero-incident mindset.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field)

5+ years of manufacturing experience preferably with supervisory/leadership responsibility
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards
-
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
-
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
-
With at least a year in his/her current position.
