RTX Finance is on a multi-year journey to replace Hyperion, its legacy EPM tool, with One Stream, a market leading EPM platform. We are seeking a talented and experienced One Stream Software administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in One Stream's platform to design, configure, implement and support financial reporting, consolidations, planning and forecasting solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, DT, and project management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Design, configure and implement One Stream applications and cubes, integrating various financial and operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our Finance customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using One Stream's functionalities and capabilities to support RTX’s reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Write complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rules
  • Build metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrations
  • Assist with historical data conversion and reconciliations when needed
  • Develop test scripts and perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of One Stream applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Develop and deliver end user training
  • Create detailed documentation for configurations and implementations
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for One Stream applications, addressing any issues or updates as necessary, including updating business rules, forms, metadata, security groups, workflows cube views, dashboards and integrations, as well as troubleshooting issues and addressing user queries
  • Support One Stream software upgrades
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in One Stream software and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with overall experience of 10+ years with:

a) One Stream Expertise – 3+ years proven experience in One Stream implementation and configuration, including knowledge of the platform's various modules and functionalities

b) Proficiency in One Stream's building blocks, including at least 3 years of experience writing complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rules, as well as building metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrations

c) Familiarity with One Stream's design and configuration best practices

d) Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, C# or XML

e) Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and finance concepts with an ability to analyze complex financial data

f) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

g) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

h) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

i) Experience with other enterprise performance management (EPM) tools is a plus

j) Project Management Skills – Experience in managing project timelines, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders

  • Strong Excel and / or Microsoft Access skills
  • Strong passion and acumen for technology and helping to drive change and transformation
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
  • Ability to travel if required
