We are seeking Electrical Engineers with experience in analog, digital, mixed signal, configurable logic or power design. The desired candidate has experience supporting highly technical programs.

What You Will Do

  • Technical design in the areas of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, or Power.
  • Work to program plans and schedules, identify technical problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the delivery of products that meet performance requirements.
  • Support design completion while simultaneously balancing resulting performance with the ability to meet the customer’s critical schedule requirements.
  • Ensure successful technical execution with knowledge of hardware engineering capabilities.
  • Time management of various and complex tasks across competing priorities.
  • Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, may be required.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following: Technical design experience in the areas of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, or Power Design.
  • Experience participating in design and development activities.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working Naval Programs in the subject areas of acoustics, torpedoes, mine warfare, submarines, and/or Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs).
  • Relevant professional experience participating on cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering discipline.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Raytheon Technologies process improvement i.e. CORE/ Six Sigma Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Collaboration in teams or independently, flexible, demonstrates initiative.
  • Experience in agile hardware development and using SCRUM.
  • Knowledge of engineering design tools and processes.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
