Key responsibilities

• Indirect Procurement Execution Manage end-to-end procurement activities for non-product / indirect spend, including services, consumables, tooling support items, facilities-related items, and general operational purchases.
• Raise, track, and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Supplier & Delivery Coordination Liaise with approved vendors to expedite deliveries, resolve order issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Support vendor onboarding documentation and basic compliance requirements as required for indirect procurement.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Operational Support & Compliance Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and records to support internal and external audits.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager in managing procurement workload during peak periods and transition activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience managing indirect procurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase order processes.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
