Are you interested in playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense? If so, we are hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to support our of S/4HANA deployment.

The OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP’s S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.

This role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery within each phase of the program for the global build and ongoing deployments there after:

• Build – collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of the common and extended deployments.

• Testing – support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.

• Cutover & Hypercare – support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S/4HANA solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
• Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
• Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
• Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies.
• Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.

Qualifications:​

• Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and government or financial reporting requirements. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
• 7+ years working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities, especially in the areas of FI-AR, FSCM, Central Payment, Accounts Receivable Management & Cash Collections
• Experience supporting SAP integrations, eg. Credit services, Payment Gateways, Dunning systems & emails

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization
• Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects​

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
• Compliance Mindset: Familiarity with financial regulations, controls, and security measures. Experience implementing and maintaining compliance standards within an ERP system.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years prior relevant experience, or
• Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
