Join Eagle Services Asia (ESA), a Pratt & Whitney engine MRO facility, through our 2-Ye ar Operations Leadership Rotational Program—designed to fast-track high-potential talent into future operations leaders. This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact within one of the world’s most advanced jet engine overhaul operations. If you’re a fresh graduate or early-career professional with the passion to lead, innovate, and take on meaningful operational challenges, this program is built for you.

Program Overview

Participants will rotate through key operational areas with structured coaching and on-the-job learning:

  • Operations & Quality

  • Supply Chain / Logistics & Warehouse Management

  • Production & Material Planning

  • Continuous Improvement / Industrial Engineering

  • Customer Services

  • Engineering

What You’ll Experience

Over 24 months, you’ll rotate through core operational functions, gaining hands-on exposure, technical depth, and leadership skills:

Operations & Quality

Be at the heart of engine overhaul—support shop-floor execution, resolve technical issues, and help drive on-time delivery

  • Drive and execute labor planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation.

  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to reduce TAT.

Supply Chain / Logistics & Warehouse

Ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Learn how materials power every step of the MRO process

  • Ensure material readiness and smooth logistics flow to prevent production delays.

  • Support daily warehouse operations within assigned cells/zones.

  • Track supplier performance and escalate risks impacting operations.

Production & Material Planning

Master the art of planning—align production with customer demand, track material needs, and optimize shop schedules

  • Identify and address material constraints impacting production.

  • Maintain accurate production and material plans aligned with demand and capacity.

  • Support work order scheduling, kitting accuracy, and material transactions in SAP.

Continuous Improvement / Industrial Engineering

Lead Lean initiatives, time studies, and workflow improvements. Help streamline processes and boost efficiency

  • Drive process improvements using Lean and IE methodologies.

  • Support Kaizen, 6S, VSM, and other CI activities.

  • Use data analysis to validate improvements and support digital/automation initiatives

Customer Service

Work directly with airlines, OEMs, and global customers. Build trust, manage expectations, and support issue resolution

  • Act as a point of contact for airline, OEM, and MRO customers.

  • Support customer reviews, performance reporting, and satisfaction tracking.

  • Assist in resolving escalations and conducting root-cause analysis.

Engineering

Dive into jet engine diagnostics—analyze findings, support troubleshooting, and collaborate with test cell and production teams

  • Assist in diagnosing engine performance issues and component abnormalities.

  • Provide technical recommendations and repair dispositions under supervision.

  • Support RCA for findings such as FOD, wear, or vibration issues.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or relevant disciplines.

  • Fresh Graduate with no experience or early-career professionals with up to 2 years’ experience.

  • Curious, driven and passionate about operations, engineering, aviation, or supply chain.

  • Strong communicators and natural problem-solvers.

  • Ready to take initiative and lead improvements.

  • Prior internship experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
