The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Team.
This role is an opportunity to join the RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Team. Role Summary
We are hiring a P3 Lead to support enterprise-wide transformation programs. The role partners closely with Senior Leaders to drive PMO execution, business case development, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting. Ideal for candidates from Big 4 consulting at Associate Consultant / Consultant level.
Key Responsibilities
-
Support delivery of large-scale strategy and transformation initiatives
-
Execute PMO activities: program tracking, governance reporting, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization
-
Prepare steering committee decks, progress reports, and executive dashboards
-
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, timelines, and delivery standards
-
Build and analyse business cases (ROI, NPV, IRR, scenario analysis)
-
Develop financial models and data-driven insights for decision-making
-
Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and dashboards
-
Work closely with Directors and Senior Managers and Managers
· Support continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and methodologies
Experience Required
- 6+yrs experience in:
Management Consulting (Big 4 preferred), or
-
Internal Transformation / Strategy / PMO roles
-
Hands-on experience in transformation PMO and financial analysis
-
Strong exposure to senior stakeholder communication
Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
-
MBA from a top-tier institution
-
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Lean / Six Sigma certifications (Preferred)
Core Skills

Advanced Excel financial modelling

Strong PowerPoint storytelling (consulting style)

Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments
