The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Summary of Role:

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking highly motivated IAM Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Authentication Services team for onboarding applications to Single Sign-On (SSO). This role will work closely with other Identity and Access Management Services teams such as Directory Services, MFA, etc. This individual must have hands-on experience working with various stakeholders, customers and/or application teams. The individual should also be able to handle multiple projects at a given time.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for application onboarding for multiple projects within IAM space

  • Responsible for requirements from various stakeholders and also able to manage stakeholders’ expectations

  • Must be able to perform data analysis. Document functional and non-functional requirements

  • Work with other team members to prioritize and manage the backlog

  • Work with the application teams and technical team to review the requirements

  • Document test cases and test scenarios and work with the application teams to co-ordinate UAT testing

  • Maintain and provide timely status reporting to the leadership

  • Identify process gaps and create process improvement documents and communicate the same to the application teams

  • Work with the EIS communications team to draft communications and to also lay out the communication plan and schedule

  • Lead and participate in meetings and provide guidance and expertise in support of strategic company initiatives

  • Gain a deep understanding of user experience and interactions with the products supported to identify and fill solution gaps to improve user experience

  • Must be able to engage with infrastructure professionals, pose intelligent and probing questions, plan, perform and manage security administration, provide accurate and detailed information, and quickly learn key concepts of how a technology operates including its control strengths and weaknesses.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus across a variety of key stakeholders as well as business and technology leaders to influence successful outcomes.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within Identity and Access Management space such as Authentication and Authorization Services (SSO, LDAP, MFA, EIM etc.), and Service Now (SNOW)

  • Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, creating business and technical requirement documents, and coordinating UAT testing

  • Background acting as a project manager including project plan creation tasks.

Qualification We Prefer:

  • Experience working on a Merger/Acquisition project(s).

  • Experience serving as scrum master, project manager and/or product manager on small- and large-scale technical applications

Work Location: Remote

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
