Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all documents, both electronic and hard copy, in an organized and secure manner.

• Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.

• Control the issuance and retrieval of documents as required by project teams or departments.

• Track document versions and revisions to maintain up-to-date records.

• Ensure all documents are reviewed and approved by the appropriate personnel before release.

• Support teams in retrieving documents and provide document-related assistance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding documentation.

• Participate in audits and prepare documentation as needed.

• Update and maintain document control procedures and workflows.

• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience in document control or administrative support roles.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
