What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop impactful job descriptions and define critical skills and capabilities for success.
  • Source, identify, and recommend high-caliber candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, and recruitment process optimization.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate’s experience by providing timely communication and transparent updates throughout the process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, employee referral programs, and campus engagements.
  • Monitor and drive key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends, leveraging insights to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with5–6 years of relevant recruiting experience, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysia talent market and the ability to influence and partner with hiring leaders.
  • Proven track record in executing recruitment initiatives such as employee referral drives, branding campaigns, and campus hiring programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • Exposure to campus or early career recruitment initiatives.
