What You Will Do

  • Own and drive accountability for performance metrics.
  • Oversee operations while inspiring and motivating cell leaders to consistently achieve business objectives.
  • Champion operational excellence by ensuring monthly sales delivery, revenue hour generation, hour utilization and efficiency, and cost-of-poor quality.
  • Provide leadership and strategic directives to meet delivery commitments and execute operationally to achieve eTAT and OTD targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional business stakeholders such as Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Support, Materials and Facilities to achieve company’s objectives
  • Ensure compliance of Quality standards, drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics Culture.
  • Lead initiatives to drive cost reduction, productivity and continuous improvements.
  • Manage manpower planning, resource allocation and capital expenditure plan in line with business outlook
  • Drive cell automation with continuous enhancements.
  • Standardize and oversee operational metrics, reporting and monitoring.
  • Manage COPQ, Escape, Warranty Investigation, CAR Management, Tool Control and FOD
  • Participate in WSH, Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, MG, Hoist Sling/Eye Bolt, PPE
  • Lead continuous improvement programs and CORE activities aimed at transforming operations and enhancing performance.
  • Foster a culture of high employee engagement, respect, empowerment, communication, and teamwork
  • Develop potential talent in pipeline and champion employee development to ensure team stability and continuity

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering disciplines
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant broad-based experience in Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate corporate objectives into long-term maintenance strategies.

  • Solid technical expertise in engineering systems, asset lifecycle management, and predictive maintenance methods.

  • Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management in maintenance operations.

  • Business acumen with the ability to justify capital investments and manage vendor/OEM relationships effectively.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
